• Sessions are 50 minutes

• Sessions are typically offered weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs

• Appointments are available both in-person and online.​

We’ll move at a pace that feels respectful and manageable, and you’re always welcome to raise questions about what’s working for you.

Individual Counselling Sessions (50 minutes) : $150

Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

​​I am a registered counsellor and registered with Bupa. Rebates with other insurers depends on your individual policy. I recommend checking directly with your fund.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask for 24 to 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a percentage of the full fee.
