Individual Counselling for Adults
Sessions
I offer individual counselling for adults, available both in-person at my Essendon North practice and online across interstate.
Each session runs for 50 minutes. Most clients attend weekly or fortnightly, we'll find a rhythm that suits your schedule and where you're at in your journey. You're always welcome to share what feels like it's working, and we can adjust the pace together.
Fees
Individual Counselling — 50 minutes: $180
Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
I am a registered counsellor and recognised with Bupa for private health rebates. Rebates through other insurers vary depending on your individual policy. I recommend checking with your fund directly before your first appointment.
Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee proportionate to the full session cost.
