“Your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through.”

- Soledad De Virgilio

How I Work

If you've ever thought "I know why I feel this way, but I still can't seem to change it"you're not alone, and you're in the right place.

I work with adults who feel stuck in familiar patterns, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether that shows up in relationships, at work, or in how you feel about yourself. Many of the people I work with already have a great deal of self-awareness. The missing piece isn't insight, it's finding a way to actually shift things.

My Approach

My approach is attachment-informed and trauma-aware with a strong focus on the nervous system and your lived experience. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and experiential approaches, and relational therapy, always tailored to what feels right for you.

Sessions are collaborative and paced carefully, with an emphasis on safety, choice, and building trust at a pace that works for you.

What We Work On Together

We may explore how early relational patterns continue to show up in your life today, notice body-based signals of safety and threat, and develop more flexible ways of responding to life's challenges. The focus is on stabilisation, integration, and change that actually lasts.

Over time, many clients find they feel more grounded, better able to respond rather than react, and more connected to the life they want to live.

A Note on the Process

This work is often medium- to longer-term, allowing real space for safety, trust, and transformation to develop, though every person is different and we'll always work at a pace that suits you.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
